All prices listed on this site are Canadian dollars ($) and are subject to change without prior notice. If you reside in Quebec or Canada, applicable sales taxes are added to your purchase amount at the time of checkout. Luster Jewelry is not responsible for customs and duties on shipped goods. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information. All orders require prepayment in full and all sales are final (see Guarantee). We accept payments via PayPal, charged in Canadian dollars ($), converted to your country’s currency at PayPal’s exchange rate. We also accept INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS or CASHIERS CHECKS in Canadian or USD currency. Please see Contact Us for mailing address.

Guarantee

At Luster Jewelry, we pride ourselves on quality. Each piece is carefully handcrafted in Canada by highly experienced jewelers, goldsmiths and stone-setters. Should there be a flaw in assembly (e.g.: weak soldering, loose stone), we guarantee our WORKMANSHIP for 6 (six) months from the date of shipment. Simply Contact Us to make arrangements. All sales are final.

Delivery

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery from date order is placed and payment is received. However, please note that each piece is crafted individually by hand as orders come in and orders requiring specialty materials may take a little longer to complete. Customers are always updated on the status of their order should a delay occur.
